To book, click on the ‘schedule appointment’ button below. Bookings must be made for all classes, courses and workshops. This is because we believe that space is important. It is one of things we don’t have much of in modern life and we want you to have physical space plus space just ‘to be’ in our sessions, so each has a maximum capacity.
Booking system guide

To book a class pass or a special deal, click the ‘schedule appointment’ button below. This will take you to a list of classes, courses and events. Scroll down to the ‘gift certificates and packages’ section. Click on the gift certificate or package you would like to purchase. Once you have purchased your gift certificate, class pass, or special deal, you need to return to the list of classes, courses and events to book your class. If you don’t do this, your class won’t be booked!
Terms and conditions
Bookings can be made online up to 12 hours before the start of each class, course or event if there is space available. When there are no spaces available, the booking system won’t allow you to book a place. If you wish to make a late booking less than 12 hours before the start time, please email email@example.com or make contact via Facebook messenger to check if a space is available.
Classes, course and events must be booked and paid for in advance to confirm your place unless it is stated otherwise for specific classes, courses and events, as each has a maximum capacity. Payments can be made online or in person by cash, credit or debit card.
Classes paid in advance must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time of the class in order for a refund to be made or to transfer your credit to a different session; this is because expenses including venue, catering and travel costs may still be incurred as a result of late cancellations.
Class passes provide a discounted rate and must be used within 3 months of the date of issue. No refunds can be given for unused class passes.
Courses, workshops, pop-up retreats and events must be paid in full to confirm your place, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, and are non-refundable.
Private lessons and 1:1s must be paid at the time of booking. A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for cancellation, otherwise the full fee is payable.
You will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions when you made a booking via the booking system.
