Yoga targets many of the key health issues experienced within the workplace including back pain through excessive sitting and poor posture, plus stress and anxiety. Regular lunchtime or after-work classes can improve the health and wellbeing of employees, reduce sickness absence and improve focus, concentration and productivity.

Bespoke classes, courses and workshops can be designed to meet both the needs of your teams and business.

Emotional wellbeing

Our workshops and courses provide participants with the opportunity to develop personalised self-help tool kits to manage stress, burnout and anxiety. Bespoke solutions can be designed for individuals and groups.

Mental health training and workshops

Carolyn is an experienced trainer having delivered training days, courses and workshops within the NHS and Local Authorities and having spoken at conferences. Bespoke training days or workshops can be delivered to suit your requirements on topics including mental health awareness, recovery, assessment and care planning, crisis management, addiction, self-harm and suicide prevention.

Training rooms are available for up to 20 people at The Drawing Room, Butleigh. Catering or refreshments can be provided from the on-site tea room and free parking is available.

Carolyn is also available to deliver mental health training for community organisations.
